Gorgeous weekend

The SVC company summer party was held Friday at Shoreland golf club in Saint Peter. Brad did well but I on the other hand am terrible so lucky for him we weren't on the same team. I think I had one decent putt and and he birdied a par 5....what a stud!

Saturday we stocked up on some fresh produce at the Farmer's Market and then went to the Le Sueur county fair. Alayna is a huge animal lover and had fun walking from barn to barn. She gets so excited especially when she sees the horses. My cousin, Bec and her family have 4 horses and she took Alayna for a ride on Suede.

Then we put Alayna on their horse, Trigger and Michelle lead her around. I was surprised that Alayna was not afraid and once they stopped she bounced to get going again! Sunday was gorgeous.....friends invited us to a boat ride on Lake Washington in the afternoon which was so relaxing. Brad took Alayna in the water and she was tentative at first

and then next thing we know she is scooting off the deck into Brad's arms.

So far she doesn't have too much fear of things which is good and bad I guess! We ate at Hermie's (bait and tackle/restaurant/bar) outside of St Peter for a nice meal. :-)
