Alayna's beach

My parents brought over a tractor tire and sand for Alayna and the first thing she said was, "Alayna's beach!". She had a lot of fun getting dirty and making castles while we grilled outside on Monday. The warm weather can keep coming!
Last week was quite busy........Brad started softball with a nice 11-1 win last Thursday. Great game but cold. We had winter coats, hats, mittens and blankets. It felt more like fall ball than summer. We spent all weekend outside soaking up the sun and playing not to mention cleaning the garage and mowing the lawn. I also got some flowers planted and other things organized. I wish I had more time to do that because it felt good to get stuff done. We missed Farmer's Market on Saturday but gotta get there this weekend if I can.

Tonight we had volleyball practice and league starts next week already - YES! It was fabulous to get dirty in the sand and hit the ball around. Tomorrow is softball again and then we have a fun weekend ahead celebrating with our lovely moms :-).
