5K Fun Run

Saturday morning my dad, Brad and I got dressed up and ran in the St. Peter Halloween 5K race. The guys dressed up as Vince and Larry the crash test dummies and I dressed as a speed bump. The first 1/2 mile went well and then I cramped and pulled a muscle in my leg. Boy did I feel dumb! I was so excited to run the race and ended up run/walking it instead with the two dummies (not in a mean way) by my side. Brad and my dad were really sweet about it and went at my lame pace for the whole thing. I still have pain in my leg but I think my ego is more hurt than anything! Here are pics from the day..........
