Breakfast with Santa

Dec 5 - Alayna & I had breakfast with Santa at the Little Saints preschool. It was a great meal and she picked to have Rudolph the red nosed reindeer painted on her cheek. She sat really well and then stood in line to see Santa.

She doesn't get too charged up about Santa but did give him a high five and told him that she wanted a doll for Christmas. She didn't want to sit on his lap but stood next too him and accepted a candy cane from him. There was a silent auction and each kid got to pick a toy. It was really nice

We baked cookies at church for a cookie exchange. Alayna helped decorate and really liked putting on the sprinkles! We decorated the tree at church and then enjoyed the rest of the weekend at home. Brad worked all weekend.

I cleaned out Alayna's closet and came across this sweater. It was given to us (and made) by one of my grandma Evelyn's very good friends. It fits her well now and almost want to have one myself it looks so warm!
