2 year olds...how interesting and fun!

Alayna is changing so much all the time and as much as we get frustrated with her fiesty independence it is great to see her do things like put on her clothes and shoes, zip up her coat, climb in her carseat and buckle up. She is also tying 3-4 words together for sentences and her favorite phrases are: president obama, oooh what's that?, everybody poops (yea, Bradley taught her that one!), piggies outside, read book daddy and of course the why and because. This age is a tough one and tests our patience but we are learning I guess! She is very shy around strangers and even family but when it is just the three of us she talks non-stop and is super silly! I guess this isn't surprising since both Brad and I were quite shy...the key word I hope is "WERE". Actually after she warms up to people she comes out of her shell but it takes a while. We love this time of year because we are always outside and she is such a trooper when we take her to volleyball and softball games.
