Need a good laugh? Read this.......

I was blow drying my hair and Alayna came up to me and said she had a rock in her nose. I laughed and said what? She pointed and said, “See I put a rock in my nose”. I couldn’t tell until she tipped her head back and yep, sure enough there it was. It was a decorative pebble I had in a vase so it actually fit perfectly (not that a rock should be perfect for a nose but you know what I mean!). Anyway, I had heard once on Bob & Tom radio show of Tom’s son putting a blueberry up his nose and he was able to get it out by blowing in one nostril. SO………I told Alayna to hold on and I blew in the open nostril and OUT SHOT THE ROCK! LOL

Can you believe that??? I called to tell Brad and he said “Are you sure she just put one up there?” Haha, just what I wanted to hear!

I am thankful that she told me it was in her nose otherwise I probably wouldn't have noticed it since it wasn't sticking out! Overall it was painless until I scolded her and then she started to cry. I really hope that I scared her enough so she won't do it again but not too scared that she will be afraid to tell me if she does do it again!

Anyway, I wanted to pass that along to ya for a good laugh and God forbid helpful tip if you are ever in that situation! After hearing it on the radio I NEVER thought I would actually have to DO it. I am glad I can laugh about it and it worked out. This is definitely going in her baby book!
